We focus on getting clients out of their heads and into their bodies to foster clarity, personal growth and development of leadership development capabilities. Sometimes, we use immersive experiences like paragliding or ice bathing.

For example, workshops typically have a higher indoor time proportion, whereas coaching can be delivered very powerfully outdoors. Also, we incorporate adventurous activities like paragliding or ice bathing to help clients break through mental barriers, reduce stress, and gain new perspectives. These experiences push you out of your comfort zone, enabling powerful personal breakthroughs and fostering resilience. These elements are optional and not part of every coaching.

We offer both virtual coaching and in-person experiences. For in-person sessions, we incorporate outdoor environments to enhance learning and self-reflection. For workshops with teams, we use the best of the indoors and outdoors world to create a powerful frame for workshop results. Our hybrid workshop locations are typically based in beautiful locations that offer alpine scenery and the amenities of a workshop room.
