Our Story
Alpine Leadership began when Oliver noticed the same pattern across organizations: Ambitious targets, 100s of slides for strategy but the rubber seldom hits the road. Drawing on decades of combined experience in consulting, transformation, supply chain management and processional coaching, our team has researched and implemented the strategies, techniques, and tools that we teach first-hand and with proven success. We connect rigorous business practice with the alpinist mindset, bringing leaders out of the theory and into action.

Our Story
The idea to take the challenge out of the boardroom and into the great outdoors began to take shape. How do we deal with uncertainty? Do we have the perfect plan? Or are we agile and decide on the way?
Combining the mindset and skills of Alpinism with the business acumen gained from many years of strategy and leadership experience, I build upon my knowledge of organizational transformation from my PhD research and experience of working as a professional outdoor coach to fine-tune my own hybrid leadership programmes.
What drives me?
From a young age, I have always been motivated to push myself to achieve my personal best - and to help others grow and succeed beyond what they perceive is possible for them.
As an alpinist, my search for mastery is reflected in some of the adventurous challenges I have completed: From climbing the famous El Capitan mountain in just one day to paragliding from France to Austria, and, most recently, leading a paragliding expedition in the Himalayas.
You could say that self development and personal growth is in my DNA, and I am always curious to discover how I can help like-minded individuals and business leaders to gain a fresh perspective, break out of their comfort zone and thrive in business and their personal life.
